Jeff has been in ministry for nearly two decades. He served at his local church for several years. Then he moved to full time ministry and served at Fir Point Bible Camp for a couple years. He transitioned to become a youth pastor for nine years.

In September 2020, Jeff came on staff at Central Valley Church.
